MonstaBag Base Emptying Bags

Our special bulk bag materials handling section introduces and combines the concept of IBC bags which can be handled by forklifts into a range of soft sided, low cost materials handling forktruck attachments.  This enables builders bags and rubble bags to be base emptied.  It also allows black sacks and refuse sacks to be stored hygienically around the work place and in public locations, such as streets and shopping areas, where there are delays in collections.  They are stationery and so are difficult to vandalise or use as barricades, offering a new level of hygiene and security in the work place and in public areas.

Simple inserts can be incorporated for pallet truck handling and to stiffen up sides.  Once erected this equipment can easily be handled by trolleys, pallet trucks, forklifts or cranes.  The special bulk bags are ideal supporting equipment around the work place and easily flat pack to take up little room.  Most designs are suitable for multi-use operations.  They can be designed to suit specific tasks, some of which are illustrated below.  Click here to watch them in action
